In order to keep you commercial refrigeration machines running smoothly, routine maintenance should be performed. We can check the parts (i.e. gaskets & o-rings), system settings, and more to maintain the top performance you expect from it.
Service/Repairs
Our service tech can work on walk-inand reach in coolers and freezers, frozen dessert equipment, keg coolers and much more. Whether the machine isn't working at all or something just doesn't seem to be working like it used to, send us a message and we will be happy to work with you.
Ice Machine Cleaning
Did you know that according to the FDA ice must be handled and cared for like food. This means ice makers need to be cleaned on a regular basis and is required by law. Food Law 2009 Chapter 4 part 602.11 section (E) item (4a and b), states that the machines must be cleaned “at a frequency specified by the manufacturer,” which in most instances ranges from two to four times per year.
Equipment Use Training
